We are currently looking for an experienced Production Planner/Scheduler to join our team with one of our clients.

Title: Production Planner/Scheduler

Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite Role)

Contract position

We are seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to oversee the final approval of planned and production orders through the complete production cycle. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Project Managers, and Manufacturing, to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the production plans and monitor compliance with material requirements for manufacturing.
• Work proactively to address potential challenges, such as labor and material shortages, backlogs, and design changes.
• Manage the master schedules and ensure that all manufacturing compliance regulations are met.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
• Adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining team performance standards.
• Analyze and resolve moderate scope issues with minimal research.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on accountability and detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly skilled in production planning systems, including master production schedule and material requirements planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues globally across both technical and non-technical domains

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
