Job Description :

The Position: The Corporate Talent Advisor will partner with corporate leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the company to deliver the best talent. The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going hiring manager relationships all while having FUN doing it! As a Corporate Recruiter on our team, you will epitomize the definition of a headhunter.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-regional organization
  • Partner with Corporate Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against job profile
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with corporate leaders and HR
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • iCIMS Software experience preferred
  • Ultimate Software experience a plus
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and utilizing new technology and platforms
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams highly preferred
