Solar Electrical Engineer
Key Requirements:
- Has as field experience with performance (calculations, EPC contracts and PVSYST), solar design/layout and high voltage exposure.
- Has a base knowledge of the electrical components of Solar (Solar Design, Layouts, inverters, AC / DC cabling, Substation)
- Has some experience with Solar Development software - understands PVSyst modeling and Solar GIS data sets
- High Voltage experience in regards to Main Power Transformers and Breakers
- Interconnection experience with renewable energy projects, ideally solar.
- Has been exposed to BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
