Summary of Responsibilities:
Looking for a Structured Finance Risk Summer Intern. The candidate will assist the Structured Finance Risk team in the analysis, approval and monitoring of the Structured Finance deals originated in BBVA New York.
In line with the entry-level position, he / she will have tasks such as assisting in the monitoring of portfolios and pipelines, prepare portfolio reports, support senior members with the documentation of executed deals and, specifically, assist in the preparation of credit packages.

Entry-level responsibilities, with the opportunity of shadowing senior team members and assisting in the production and review of credit packages. Participate in the analysis and approval process of structured finance transactions and the coordination and interaction with other teams within the bank (at a local and global level) to achieve those goals.

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary is $30/hour. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
