Key benefits include:Insurance, Health, and Wellness:Health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Maternity and paternity leaveFree lunch, snacks, and drinksFinancial and Retirement Plans:401(k) planEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)Paid Time Off:Unlimited vacation and personal daysProfessional Development:Learning and development benefit of up to $2,000 per year per employeeJob DetailsThis position is responsible for overseeing and managing all Human Resources functions within a manufacturing facility, including employment, training, compliance, labor relations, wage and salary administration, and security.Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and supervise all functions within the Human Resources Department.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, government regulations, and applicable laws regarding human resources matters.Communicate and interpret instructions and personnel policies to subordinates and department heads.Conduct wage, salary, and benefit surveys to maintain competitive compensation structures.Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on discipline and conflict resolution.Conduct employee counseling as needed.Develop and implement training programs for salaried and hourly employees; maintain records and report progress as required.Implement strategies to address absenteeism and turnover.Oversee safety programs aimed at minimizing injuries and workers' compensation costs.Administer policies and procedures across all HR-related functions.Coordinate the salary review process and certify approvals for salary actions, such as promotions, demotions, re-classifications, and merit increases.Manage employee benefits administration for both salaried and hourly employees.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing environment.Comprehensive experience in managing all aspects of an HR function, including employee/labor relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, safety, training, communications, and disciplinary actions.Proficiency in managing departmental budgets.Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and developing employee performance.Expertise in change management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Advanced computer skills.Ability to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively.Preferred Qualifications:PHR or SPHR certification.Interested in hearing more?
