- Lead and manage all food service operations, including kitchen, dining areas, and catering services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
- Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences and achieve organizational goals
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and maintain quality control measures across all food service operations
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve service offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Current Food Safety Certification (required)
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven financial management and budgeting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of food service operations, industry trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and labor scheduling software
