In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents, guests and vendors in the community. We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Churchville, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests, residents, and visitors. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who interacts with our facility. Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors in a warm and professional mannerProvide general assistance and information about local attractions, restaurants, and servicesAnswer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiriesAssist with check-in and check-out procedures, when applicableCoordinate and arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other guest servicesHandle package deliveries, including plants and prescription drugs, ensuring proper storage and distributionMaintain accurate logs for key issuance, visitor sign-ins, and other security-related tasksMonitor surveillance cameras and building security systems to ensure safety of residents and propertyProcess and follow up on work orders, incident reports, and guest concernsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfactionPerform administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and report generationAdapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalentAt least three months of related customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality settingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional, and friendly demeanorAbility to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions when necessaryStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and servicesAbility to maintain composure and provide high-quality service in high-pressure situationsExcellent time management skillsFamiliarity with basic security and emergency proceduresPositive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service Senior Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off.
