Administrative Assistant I Culver City, CA-902326 months+Hybrid role (3 days onsite every week)35650484 TV+ Non-Fiction CreativeSummaryThis position will provide support for 3 non-fiction programming executives at our client's TV+. The role will work across both non-fiction series and documentary features. Two of the executives primarily focus on sports, while the third covers a wide range of projects within the non-fiction space. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly demeanor and determined work ethic. We need someone exceptionally well-organized and able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, taking initiative and budgeting time for special projects. Description•Provide full administrative support to 3 non-fiction programming executives•Ability to run cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling, manage and facilitate in person meetings, set up video conference and conference calls, and book executive travel.•Manage and track submissions and pitch materials•Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures•Consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within the company.•Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information•Critical thinking needed, able to understand the business and see the big picture •Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically•Experience completing expense reports.•Proficient in client's programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers and Pages•Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale Key Qualifications•Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting an entertainment executive•Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.•Consistent record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make decisions quickly and under pressure•Experience calendaring for busy executives•Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes•Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity•Excellent written and verbal communication skills knowing when to delegate issues upward•Resolved, results-oriented and excited to tackle challenges while remaining calm under pressure•We need you to be confident in making decisions on your own when needed and articulate your reasoning•Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly with a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices•Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent proven experience
