LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience in supporting CEOs, CFOs, board members, and other high-level executives. This person will have years of experience in calendar management, travel coordination, expenses, managing other admins, planning meetings, events and other office management duties as assigned. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN with travel once a month required. This person will work in the office 4 days with 1 work from home day.
