Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselor at Asurgent Health Addiction Treatment Center in Beachwood, OH. The Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, case management, chemical dependency counseling, relapse prevention strategies, and mental health assessments to support individuals in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Mental Health skills
