We're currently seeking an Associate Account Executive for a well-known entertainment company based in New York City. This is a 7-month contract opportunity with hybrid work flexibility.
As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the advertising sales team, collaborating across multiple media platforms to optimize opportunities and deliver exceptional client presentations. Key Responsibilities
- Client and Media Strategy
- Act as a resource for Account Executives (AEs), providing insights on opportunities across all media types in client portfolio.
- Use deal expertise to proactively recommend inventory solutions that are optimized for client needs.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing solutions and value.
- Prepare and deliver pitch and wrap-up decks for pre- and post-campaigns.
- Project Coordination and Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for securing client assets and approving mock-ups for upcoming campaigns.
- Compile weekly and quarterly sales reports and client status updates.
- Track meetings, closed deals, and client updates on a weekly basis.
- Collaboration and Business Growth
- Collaborate with Advertising Sales category vertical teams to gain insights and grow business.
- Partner with Sales Planners for sports, broadcast, entertainment, streaming, social, and digital deals.
- Work closely with other teams such as marketing, research, and operations to support RFP requests and ensure seamless campaign implementation.
- Stay up-to-date on video advertising trends, innovations, and competitive industry news.
Key Requirements
- Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience working across linear and digital media platforms.
- Strong proficiency in media math, data analysis, and the ability to manipulate data for actionable insights.
