Our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office has an immediate opportunity for a Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Reorganization litigation attorney for our Litigation Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of Am Law 100 law firm experience in bankruptcy litigation, including restructuring-related services to borrowers/debtors, creditors, complex restructurings, out-of-court workouts, and Chapter 11 cases. Experience should also include case preparation, legal research, writing, pleadings preparation, briefing, and courtroom support and presentation. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judicial Clerk experience preferred.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, as well as excellent research and writing skills, verbal, and problem-solving skills. New York State Bar is required.
All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
