RSC Facility Supervisor LP/HSE
What You'll Do
Lead, support and encourage Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility and Teamwork.
Plan, direct, and supervise Loss Prevention, Physical Security, HSE, and Safety, and special building maintenance projects as directed.
Lead the facility in all safety awareness, training, and HSE practices, including conducting an annual audit
Analyze and evaluate security operations. Identify, investigate, and resolve potential security breaches. Assist retail support management with investigations as it relates to safety and security of employees.
Responsible for accurate and legally compliant federal, state and local regulatory recordkeeping and reporting.
In conjunction with RSC operations leadership, develop and/or recommend security procedures for operations, access control, reporting, etc.
Responsible for reducing shrink, assist in quality investigations to reduce loss due to damages and other quality concerns.
Lead the facility in LP/FM best practice understanding and compliance, including conducting an annual evaluation.
Assist Facility Manager by Supervising all Facility functions as directed including maintenance and housekeeping.
Responsible for emergency management and disaster plans, working in conjunction with corporate Loss Prevention.

What you need to succeed:
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in a leadership role.
CCP, CFI, FMP, or CFM or other related certifications preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
