Title: Production Operator Location: Webb City, MO (located by Joplin, MO)

Salary: $19.67/hour (After 90 days of active time in position and solid performance review, eligible for rate increase) Schedule: Straight midnight (S/3) Shift Differential: $1.25/hour (afternoon and midnight shift)

Production Operator Essential Job Functions:

• Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments.
• Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment.
• Transports palletized materials using a forklift.
• Performs quality checks.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE.

Production Operator Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Stable work history. Prior production line experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends, as needed.
