Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ohio. This role involves designing, developing, and testing electrical systems for a variety of applications, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for various projects.
  • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality and efficiency.
  • Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout designs.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for designs, test results, and system configurations.
  • Ensure all designs meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, circuit theory, and power systems.
  • Proficiency with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical).
  • Experience with testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters) and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NEC, UL, and IEEE.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with embedded systems, PCB design, or control systems.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy systems, automation, or IoT technologies.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental standards for electrical systems.
