Will have a $10hour Shift Differential for the Weekend.*** $20k Sign-On and qualified candidates from out of state may be eligiable for up to $8k Relocation. The 5th Floor Medical Surgical department achieved Magnet® hospital, is a 36-bed medical surgical unit specializing in neuro, trauma, and ortho. Our department is the main service line for our patients that need the care that a Level 1 Trauma Center Provides. Patients are from all age groups (usually 16 years and above) with occasional overflow of general med/surg patients.
