- Lead Program Operations: Own the execution of DMC programs, collaborating with top-notch vendors and partners to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with Sales: Team up with Sales to design creative and exciting proposals that exceed client expectations.
- Program Planning: Craft detailed workflows for unforgettable group programs, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly.
- Staff Management: Lead an energized team, assigning roles and communicating responsibilities with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Vendor Coordination: Secure and negotiate with premier vendors to deliver standout catering, entertainment, and transportation.
- Onsite Execution: Be the driving force onsite, ensuring everything from workshops to entertainment runs like clockwork.
- Client Communication: Be the face of Outside Brands during events, providing unparalleled service and making clients feel like VIPs.
- Inventory Oversight: Keep our gear and supplies in top shape, ensuring every event is equipped for success.
- Event Closeout: Wrap up events with precision, preparing final documentation and sharing key insights.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in a sales or DMC environment. Some college experience may be considered.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by program schedules.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in PC-based systems and software.
- Ready to be on your feet, lift up to 35 lbs, and keep up with the fast-paced excitement of event management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping a cool head under pressure.
