The position is full-time and exempt, with a focus on making a difference in the lives of employees and their workplace.The ideal candidate will have a background in business or HR management, with a preference for a master's degree and HR certifications. A minimum of 10-15 years' HR experience, including at least five years in a generalist role, is required. Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
