Distribution Coordinator

You are a energetic and positive professional with excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Adaptable, deadline-focused, and eager to support operational efficiency while safeguarding brand integrity.

This position pays: $31-$34/hr

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Full-time, On-site)

What you will be doing:

• Open, label, and organize incoming product samples.
• Review samples using online systems.
• Distribute and photograph samples without paperwork.
• Pack and label reviewed samples for storage or pickup.
• Ship packages via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
• Handle international shipment queries.
• Answer phone calls and support visitors.
• Refill kitchen supplies.
• Manage postage and mail sorting.
• Communicate professionally with staff.
• Assist with waste management policies.

What you bring:

• Valid California Driver License
• 2+ years related work experience
• Lift/carry packages up to 30 lbs
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Mac OS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational and time management
• High accountability and confidentiality
• Occasional travel for training
