Job title: Supply Manager

Summary:
- The Supply Manager, Acquisition – Experiences is responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality experiences hosted by expert hosts. This role involves researching, curating, and organizing the supply acquisition funnel while ensuring smooth project coordination, stakeholder management, and quality oversight. The ideal candidate will contribute to the ideation and execution of innovative new experiences that foster human connection and align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and action items while maintaining comprehensive documentation such as briefs, schedules, and resource plans.
- Facilitate communication across teams, leadership, and external vendors, overseeing contracts, vendor performance, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay current on entertainment and travel industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and staying competitive.
- Attend at least three experiences monthly to assess and improve supply quality, ensuring leads meet quality standards and project goals.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in project, event, or experiential production and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in creative, event, or hospitality-related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish with attention to detail.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and handling shifting priorities.
