Sr. Director of Learning and Development (Remote or Hybrid)
Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Director of Learning & Development to build enterprise capability related to manager development, career development, coaching, mentoring, high-potential development for individual contributors, and future-focused business skills development.
As the Sr. Director of Learning and Development, you will report to the VP of Talent and lead Autodesk's learning function, including the teams accountable for program design and development of learning & development and leadership development initiatives. You will lead the reimagining of Mentoring and the continued evolution of Coaching, while developing highly effective programs for high-potential individual contributors. You will create a learning environment that enhances collaboration, leverages technology, and provides employees with continuous access to learning. You will be passionate about delivering effective and measurable learning strategies, tools, and solutions that will drive business forward and enable our employees to thrive.

Salary Transparency
For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $207,000 and $334,840, based on experience and location. Offers may exceed this range and include bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
