Description:

You will be an important member of the Product Partnerships team, operationally supporting the team in key efforts to create efficiencies across the organization and the company. This would include partnership renewals, terminations, the report database, and website management. You will also work in a support role for M&A integration on a post-closing effort as it pertains to ISV partners and inclusion of third-party intellectual property that is inbound licensed as a part of the products and services being acquired.

Responsibilities
  • Handle internal business requirements and stakeholders to deliver timely results to your internal customers.
  • A trusted advisor that works closely with leadership across various Oracle functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, operations, sales, finance, legal, and other key functions) to complete agreement approvals for usage expansions where contracts already have corporate rights, terminations, and renewals.
  • Utilize emerging data sources to deliver insights that support decisions and provide input into the most effective ways to understand value drivers for maximum business impact.
  • Run monthly report process and the report DB – reviewing team updates in preparation of report running, working to resolve technical issues and updates needed in the DB.
  • Work across multiple teams regarding agreement terminations, expansion, and renewal approvals for contracts.
  • Monitor the group email queue.
  • Oversee the Interoperability Program in granting and removing access and resolving any technical issues.
  • Manage the group's internal website – addressing technical issues, posting updates.
  • Run and coordinate group events; training, meetings, Roadshows, etc.
  • Develop use cases, working in conjunction with Development and Engineering teams, with clear value drivers to achieve business objectives. Identify potential outcomes and risks.
  • Support Diligence Lead in post-closing integration of approved usage and remediation plans of third-party IP.
  • Experience Profile:
  • 5+ years of business experience in technology, with relevant experience in operations, contract management/paralegal, working on complex partnerships and/or acquisitions.
  • Understanding of contract terms and potential interpretation to address simple questions by Product Engineering groups.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as the leader identifying solutions in highly ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working in an organization licensing of third-party IP.
  • Sound business judgment with a proven track record of successfully handling and completing complex projects.
  • Brings structure, creativity, and intellectual power to evaluating ambiguous business opportunities and challenges.
  • Understands high-level technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting systems.
  • Passion for product, technology, and creating great end-to-end customer experiences, and for contributing to the success and enhanced knowledge of others.
  • Business strategy and market development experience with analytical and business modeling skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams to drive initiatives and projects from creation to implementation; project management experience.
  • Key interpersonal traits: intellectual curiosity, collaboration, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics and integrity, bias towards data-based decision making, and a willingness to advocate for calculated risks.
  • Experience and subject matter expertise in cloud services and/or working with ecosystem partners in the cloud infrastructure, data, AI and machine learning, security, SaaS applications, and middleware services are positives but not requirements for this role.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

    US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries, and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
