Our client, a premier health and wellness company with popular products, is seeking a Director of Sales with a proven track record leading a team of Sales Representatives in the state of Washington.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for the growth of the company's business by setting and executing the sales strategy and must have proven sales leadership experience and success selling B2B.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all sales and distribution for WashingtonManage the sales team ensuring the team is effective and productive by actively monitoring KPIsUse your current contacts to increase the Company's sales performanceWork with our Chief Commercial Officer to understand market performance and recommend approaches to increase salesExperience with the Implementation of a CRM tool is a huge PLUSWork with the Company's Controller to contribute to the Company's budgeting and forecasting process as well as performing monthly variance analysisReview and develop state marketing and sales policies and practices to support the financial reporting, audit, and internal controls required to support the businessMentor staff to help them achieve their development goals.Develop and deliver short and long-term sales forecastingMaintain leadership position including KPI's, budget management, quarterly reviews, and strategy executionOversee the design and implementation of the sales structure of the company and the route to market by regionResponsible for design, development and implementation of comprehensive annual on-trade and retail sales programsDevelop, lead, and manage regional sales teams for the California marketManage a robust and growing team of delivery drivers, sales operation managers, and customer service repsEstablish timely sales reports and ROI on specific marketing and trade effortsRequirements And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree requiredMust have Washington Sales ExperienceProven leadership experience in leading and driving sales teams across an organization is requiredAbility to handle travel throughout Washington according to business needsStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent understanding of the Washington health and wellness market including key relationships within the networkCOMPENSATION: $120,000 - $130,000 plus commission and benefits
