Seeking a motivated, passionate, dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to help expand the workforce department. The expectation is that the successful candidate works professionally, productively, and effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintains working relationships with students, learners, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders. The main job functions include, but are not limited to, program development, financial management, reviewing, interpreting, and presenting data, and maintaining accurate record keeping. The administrative analyst will generate invoices, reports, and other workforce data and accurately, clearly, and effectively present the information. Candidates with a finance background are preferred but willing to train the right person. This is a grant-funded position with the salary and benefits being covered by the HIRED grant for the next two years.
