Notes from the call:
- Operational Technology (broad knowledge needed, every ship could be different) Platform for security tightening factor- someone who has done this before.
- Palo Alto Firewall experience- starting to map out the OT designs, applying firewall rules and security to them.
- OT/IT Integration experience - specific to design and set up
- Only needed for OT deployment after that the contract would come to an end
- CLIENT: CCL
- Looking for someone strong network security not just dealing only with OT
- Discovery, design, and implementation
- Strong experience in Palo Alto this is a MUST.
- 1 -2-year contract
- Rate: $80 - FLEX
- Remote is fine
- This person doesn't need to be an expert in OT systems directly but understand.
- Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining OT IT segmentation solutions to protect operations systems
- Deploy and configure network security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and access control lists (ACLs) to enforce segmentation policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and recommend remediation measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, security policies, and procedures related to OT-IT segmentation.
