About the Company - We are offering an opportunity to become a part of our team as an Investment Analyst, located in Rochester, New York. This role involves specialized duties within our Investment Management department, providing support to Portfolio Managers and other Investment Committee members. The focus of this role spans across equity and fixed-income research/trading, investment account management, and due diligence activities.
About the Role - Actively participate in our Investment Committee sessions. Contribute to various roles within the Investment Management department, assisting in the operation and management. Conduct due diligence, investment research, account management, and trading on a daily basis. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our investment holdings, displaying an inquisitive mindset. Conduct research on existing and potential equity and fixed income securities, including but not limited to closed-end funds, mutual funds, and exchange traded funds. Provide support to the investment team by assisting in ad hoc projects and contributing to briefs that communicate the team's investment thoughts to internal and external constituents. Assist in conducting asset allocation and macroeconomic research. Manage investment accounts in line with our investment matrices and individual client's risk tolerance. Handle other notable projects or duties as assigned. Utilize skills in Bloomberg Terminal, Due Diligence, Equity Capital, Equity Investment, Account Management, Equity Trading to optimize job performance.
