Job Location : New York,NY, USA
The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams in creating and executing design projects and assets, including, but not limited to, marketing e-mails, e-commerce site refreshes, and social media posts. This role is based in our New York office and reports directly to the Art Director
Responsibilities
• Partner with the Art Director and marketing and e-commerce teams in concepting and creating multichannel marketing assets (e-mails, e-commerce site refreshes, organic social posts, paid social ads, invites, event collateral, image crops, etc.)
• Create compelling, visually exciting designs for multichannel campaigns that meet brand standards and business objectives and support brand marketing strategy
• Maintain brand standards, ensuring brand consistency across channels
• Manages time and communicate workload including concepting, executing, and revising any design projects
• Resourceful and proactive in finding design solutions
• Organized with file naming and saving out work
• Stay up to date with design and visual trends in fashion and entertainment
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of design experience in a related field (fashion/luxury a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – experience with Figma and retouching are a plus
• Must be proficient in graphic design – typography, composition, layout, etc.
• Eye for design, clean and sophisticated aesthetic, and strong interest in fashion
• Highly motivated, self-managed, and able to think independently
• Innovative thinker always seeking to grow and push brand direction forward
• Responds positively to feedback and adapts quickly to change
• Has excellent time & project management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
• Previous experience at luxury lifestyle, fashion or creative agency is preferred
