Position Overview

The Network Operations Coordinator position is a great entry level opportunity for a candidate interested in sales, operations, or project management, and/or with administrative or sales operations experience. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting Health Monitor's Physician Network Sales and Service teams and plays a crucial role in Physician Network growth. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional multi-tasking and time management abilities, and can follow tasks through to completion. As the person in this role masters and excels at these responsibilities, they will take on small and large-scale projects with increasing autonomy. This is a hybrid position (minimum of three days in office).

Essential Job Functions

  • Review newly acquired customer sales orders
  • Work closely in partnership with Sales and Service management, including creating and distributing reports
  • Keep an organized file system of sales and service requests and distribute to the appropriate party
  • Create and distribute onboarding materials to new Key Account Representatives, Physician Relationship Ambassadors & Technicians
  • Update sales documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
  • Diplomatically reinforce adherence to standard processes
  • Update customer relationship management system (CRM) as needed
  • Recommend process improvements and work to create efficiencies
  • Territory Mapping
  • Customer Outreach
  • Support other sales and service efforts as needed

Key Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network protocols, systems, and tools, specifically Microsoft Office Suite & FedEx Ship Manager. CRM knowledge a plus
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and problem solve effectively and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documenting and tracking operational tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to coordinate network operations effectively.
  • Must be dependable
  • Adaptability: Capacity to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to evolving environments.
  • Willingness to learn and implement new processes as required.
  • Compliance Awareness: Commitment to maintaining security and confidentiality of network systems.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Smart phone required

    ADA- Physical Demands Office Position:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. Employee frequently uses computer keyboard, regularly travels both short and long distances via walking within the work site. The employee must regularly lift and/or move a laptop computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently. Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs.
