Equipment Maintenance Manager – Albuquerque, NM
We're searching for an Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, where you'll oversee maintenance and facilities operations while fostering an engaging and rewarding workplace culture.
What You'll Do?
- Develop and manage programs for maintaining all production equipment and facility operations.
- Take charge of budget creation and monitoring, including procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Ensure high equipment performance standards and production uptime.
- Provide training, direction, and motivation for site services employees across all shifts.
- Prepare labor, material, and time estimates for new or refurbished equipment and maintain accurate performance records.
What We're Looking For?
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing facility management, maintenance, or related areas.
- Supervisory experience as Lead, Supervisor, and/or Manager.
- Expertise in electronics, mechanics, semiconductor equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Direct hands-on experience with tools to help/train others
- Experience working with any of the following tools/equipment:
- AMAT Centura 5200
- ASM Epsilon 2000
- Cleanline - NOC Chemistry
- FTIR 4-point Probe
- Spread Resist Probe
- SP1 Laser Inspect Tool
- Tencor ADE 9600
