Job Description :
Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, training and workforce management. These responsibilities include working in the Employment Office, Employee Services Office and assisting the International Coordinator with housing campus duties (if applicable). Human Resources Coordinator also help organize and plan team member events. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct in-person and video interviews for part-time positions as necessary. Work with the shared services team to ensure team members complete the onboarding and training process on time. Fill HR duty shifts, which involve labor law compliance, labor optimization, scheduling and maintaining attendance records. Fill HR support shifts and call team members who are not scheduled, failed to report to work or need training completed.
