We're seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts for the Mill Creek Project, a cutting-edge Gas Turbine/Combined Cycle project in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading teams and contribute to the installation of new 7HA gas turbines and D600 steam turbines.

Position: Quality Manager

Location: Louisville, KY

Contract Duration: 2 years (with extension potential)

Start Date: March 15, 2025

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in quality management, specifically in mechanical assembly, alignment, and welding inspections within the power generation industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with gas turbine/combined cycle power plants, or similar technical environments.
• Ability to lead quality inspections, audits, and manage quality documentation on-site.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation of quality processes and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage on-site quality inspections, documentation, and audits.
• Represent GE Quality to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality standards across the project.
