PitchMeAI is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-powered solutions that revolutionize the hiring process. Based in our vibrant coworking space near Union Square, Manhattan, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
- Feature Development: Translate customer insights and market research into detailed product requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal teams and external partners.
- User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Analytics: Monitor product performance using data and analytics, leveraging insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Address product challenges, balancing competing priorities and managing trade-offs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience solving customer pain points.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand the technical implications of product decisions.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track product performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling ambiguity.
