Managing Director of Talent at the client will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition and development strategy for the organization. This role will involve overseeing recruitment efforts to attract top talent, as well as implementing professional development programs to support the growthand retention of current staff members. The Managing Director of Talent will work closely with school leaders and administrators to ensure that the organization's workforce is diverse, inclusive, and aligned with the mission and values of the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, talent management, and education, with a passion for supporting the professional growth of educators and staff members.
