Certification Details- BLS
- NH RN
- ACLS
Job Details- The professional nurse providing care to ICU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
- MUST be willing to float to ED/MS during low census as 'helping hands.'
- Patient Ratio: 1 to up to 3. Average census is 2-4.
- Bed Size: 5 staffed by 2 RN's.
- ICU RN's responsible for tele monitoring of patients on the Med Surg Floor.
Job Requirements- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT experience - Required
- High proficiency required in Ventilator Care, Cardiac Monitoring, IV Management of Pressors, Anti-Arrhythmic Agents and Sedation
- Able to handle up to 3 ICU patients
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- BSN Preferred
- PALS preferred
- License/Certifications (as required by posting: NH RN, BLS, ACLS)
