This position supports and assists adults with a developmental disability and/or mental illness in accomplishing their goals and meeting their daily needs, including medication administration, health, safety, hygiene, and wellness in residential settings. Full Time, Part-Time, Weekend, and Relief Shifts available. SCHEDULE OPTIONS:•10-hour shift•12-hour shift•4-hour shift•8-hour shift•On call POSITION REQUIREMENTS:•High School Diploma or equivalent•Valid driver's license with a good driving record. (On occasion, a position may become available where driving is not necessary).•Ability to initiate and communicate effectively using positive, proactive language.•Technical and descriptive writing skills.•Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.•Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.•Proficient computer skills.•Reliable transportation.
