Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee water and wastewater treatment projects, including studies, preliminary and final designs, permitting, and construction oversight.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, planning, directing, and coordinating activities to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work for various projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize projects and prepare proposals.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior staff to foster their professional development and career progression.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the group manager and other project managers to manage backlog and ensure a consistent workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Indiana or the ability to obtain it within one year.
  • Expertise in the study, planning, design, construction administration, and project management of water and wastewater projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in client management, including budget and schedule development and adherence.
  • Familiarity with funding agency coordination and project permitting processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Knowledge of practices and regulations related to Municipal, Township, and County governments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
