Job Description :
- 10+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects.
- Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe, XP etc.).
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
- Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools - Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for team effectiveness in products and solutions delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and sponsors/stakeholders from Management team.
- Facilitate effective and focused team meetings/standups.
- Strong organizational skills to address changing priorities.
- Possess high level of adaptability and flexibility to manage all in/out of scope work items.
- Focus on driving the project's critical components to completion and escalate when necessary.
- The ability to remain calm but to actually thrive under pressure.
- Hold themselves well as team members accountability/ownership for all deliverables.
- Manages and tracks risks, issues and proactively look for mitigation options.
- Focus on details and follow-through during lifecycle of project.
- Fulfill and complete all required documentation (ex. Requirements/Scope).
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
