- Process and reconcile billing transactions promptly and accurately
- Handle aspects of vehicle titling and registration
- Cut checks and pay off vehicles
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles, and research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling process
- Reconcile schedules on a daily basis
- Update delivery logs and contracts in transit daily
- Assist with accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are processed on time
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Embrace a flexible mind-set - no two days will look the same
- Maintain organized files, assist with customer service as needed, and resolve operational issues
Automotive Biller/License and Title Clerk Qualifications
- At least three years of automotive office experience required; including but not limited to: billing, license and title, payables
- CVR, ATC, CDK, and Dealertrack experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
- Strong organization & time management skills
- Self-Motivated, Team player, with attention to detail
