We are a 30-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Founded in 2018 by physics PhDs, Swayable is led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (Amazon, Airbnb, Square, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Meta, Google), researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned advocacy campaigns (including multiple Democratic Presidential candidates).

The Role:We are seeking a Senior Content Associate to develop and execute a world-class content strategy that positions Swayable as a thought leader in communication and data-driven insights. In this role, you'll combine creativity and analytics to create a range of content that inspires, educates, and drives business outcomes.
You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to develop engaging multimedia content—including articles, white papers, videos, social campaigns, case studies and sales enablement materials. As the steward of our brand's narrative, you'll translate complex ideas into compelling stories that resonate with our B2B audience.
