Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is seeking applications from self-motivated students who are capable of maintaining confidentiality in a professional office environment. We are looking for students with initiative, who are detail oriented, proficient with computers, and reliable. We are seeking applications for our hiring pool. Applications will be reviewed and individual interviews will be scheduled as positions become available in our offices. Students living on-campus will be given priority for this position. DUTIES INCLUDE:Maintains office records, logs, etc. Answers phones and takes accurate phone messages. Records maintenance concerns and resident complaints in office maintenance log. Signs out keys, vacuums, and game equipment. Completes key inventory on every shift. Attend meetings periodically throughout the semester.
