Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Location: Greenwich, CT (Hybrid 4 Days a week 1 day WFH)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + equity

Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of our client's success. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join their team and play a pivotal role in finding and attracting top talent. In this role, you'll manage candidate pipelines, conduct screening calls, and work collaboratively with hiring managers to drive a seamless recruiting process.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiations.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and applications through Greenhouse, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
- Build a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies, networking, and partnerships with professional organizations—all while keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion top of mind.
- Foster relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative recruiting strategies and technologies to continuously improve talent acquisition practices.
- Oversee headcount and unbudgeted requests while ensuring compliance with organizational processes.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of the hiring process.
- Partner with HR to deliver a top-notch onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Contribute to HR projects that promote diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, and more.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, with exposure to financial services or fintech industries preferred. Experience with technology recruiting or intern hiring is a plus.
- Proven ability to assess resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates confidently to hiring managers.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple business units, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
