As they thrive on quality and initiative, they work together in a fast-paced environment striving towards common goals and open to innovation and success.The Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FST) are required to provide world class support to customers through start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training on our client's machines. PI FST's are responsible for managing all aspects of field service support including the following: communications between customers and the service department, effective scheduling, detailed preparation of written reports and documentation, and maintenance of job assignments, while always keeping in mind to follow MT PI procedures and best practices.Essential duties include:- Meeting all safety requirements, attending service calls, and efficiently executing scheduled tasks while balancing cost, time, and customer expectations- Building strong customer relationships, identifying root causes for issues, and ensuring first-time fixes- Completing and submitting accurate service reports, timesheets, and expense reports promptly- Participating in ongoing technical training, performing weekend/after-hours work as needed, and maintaining the company equipment, tools, and inventory- Adhering to core values, the Code of Conduct, and performing other assigned tasks as requiredCurrent locations: Louisville, KY, Dallas, TX, Little Rock, AR, Albany, NY, Richmond, VA, St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, KS. The company is flexible, and these locations can change. Base salary, $80K - $100K total comp year one, 401k, benefits, 20% company bonus, per diem, and a company vehicle for personal use. A company credit card, tools, a lap top and a phone are provided. Truly a great package. There is 80% travel, mostly Monday through Friday, either flying or in the company vehicle.
