Certification Details- BLS
- ACLS
Job Details- Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered.
- 24 months minimum of current PCU experience required.
Job Requirements- Active Arizona RN License required.
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission - REQUIRED.
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
Schedule Information- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
Unit Specific Information- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
Additional Details- Candidates must include a copy of their AZ home address on their drivers license in submission.
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
- Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
