Housing First Minnesota seeks a Program Operations Manager to manage the operational aspects of Housing First Minnesota's key programs and initiatives. This role ensures the successful execution of events, oversees program logistics, maintains data accuracy, and provides exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities across a variety of programs.

Key Responsibilities

Artisan Home Tours

• Manage ticketing operations, staffing, event logistics, and event execution.

Contractor University & Workforce Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the VP of Events and Workforce Initiatives on instructor and course selections.

• Manage learning management systems (LMS) backend operations for Contractor University and contracted clients, including course creation, notifications, certificates, and reporting.

• Submit and renew courses while reporting CE credits to relevant regulatory bodies.

• Manage the Housing First Minnesota Speakers Bureau.

• Support Housing Pro Certified program development.

• Represent Housing First Minnesota at workforce-related meetings, including with the Building Talent Foundation (BTF).

Minnesota's Green Path:

• Support the Designated Green Path Builder program, including registrations, renewals, and marketing kit coordination.

• Collaborate with energy raters to identify energy-tested homes and enter HERS Index scores into the database.

• Identify qualifying homes for Green Path certifications and organize the Green Path Building Conference, including video content and credit reporting.

Administrative Support

• Customer Support:

• Act as the primary contact for program-related inquiries, providing professional and prompt assistance to members and stakeholders.

Additional Duties

• Hybrid schedule - On site 3 days per week.

• Attend internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless program coordination.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated experience in program operations, event management, and administrative support.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is essential for this role

• Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and CRM platforms is desired

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Passion for the housing and building industry is a plus.
