Admin Intern Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Admin Intern to support our auction house team with administrative tasks and auction operations. The role will last for 6-months. In this role, you'll gain valuable, hands-on experience while contributing to key aspects of client services, post-auction procedures, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming client inquiries for auction items and assist with drafting condition reports, ensuring auction preparedness
- Assist with inventory management and post-auction processes
- Assist with bidder approval on our various auction platforms
- Answer and direct phone calls to field customer questions; respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Complete administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with auction AuctionFlex is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the art, antiques, or auction industry.
