RN – Integrated Case Manager Registered Nurse - Health Advocates Network is?urgently hiring Integrated Case Manager RNs with at least 3 years of recent experience! IMMEDIATE STARTS!

• Travel packages up to $2,147 weekly
• Shift: 8-hour VARIABLE shifts available
• 13-week contracts available
• Specialty: Integrated Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements:

• Active MI State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable
• 3 years of experience as an Integrated Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
• Valid BLS
• Previous acute inpatient case management experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with a valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or MSW
• Additional certifications may be required
