Job Details- A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced MS/Tele nurse for a travel assignment.
- The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact).
- This position could float to sister facility in Mesa & is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
- Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, with 2 max attempts.
- A pass/fail Sim Lab is also required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).
Job Requirements- 2 years of experience required.
- Active BLS certification required.
- Active ACLS certification required.
- Active AZ license or compact license required.
- Submissions cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months as a permanent staff employee.
Schedule Information- Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
- Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
Unit Specific Information- Floating: Yes if needed to like facility - Mesa
- Floor specific orientation: 2 days
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Tele: Yes
- Vents: No
- IV Team: No
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes (remote after 6pm)
Additional Details- COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval.
