Groundskeeper:Handles the outdoor upkeep and maintenance of the farm grounds and all buildings on site. Primary duties will include seasonal mowing and trimming, landscaping, painting, cleaning, and assisting with repairs needed in exterior areas. Also, the groundskeeper must be prepared to cross-train in other farm operations. Seasonal painting of other areas may be required. In addition, the groundskeeper will assist any environmental staff with the maintenance of the wastewater treatment areas of the farm. Finally, the groundskeeper will monitor and maintain any fences or security perimeters on the complex grounds to maintain adequate security. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:(non-exclusive list) Fulfill any special outdoor maintenance duties of the farm as directed by the complex manager. Maintain the lawn. Perform repair duties on necessary outdoor areas as directed by farm management. Perform seasonal painting and cleaning as needed.
