Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceRequirements:Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or other relevant field. Preferred: Master's degree.Minimum Experience: 7 years' progressive healthcare management experience. 5 years' experience in multi-specialty group or integrated physician group.At UCHealth, We Improve LivesResponsibilities:Provides senior leadership for the operation of outpatient clinics. Provides recommendations for operational changes and ensure implementation and adherence. Facilitates, measures, evaluates, and interprets needs of patients and performance of staff.Collaborates with internal constituents on the development of provider workforce needs and recruitment plans, supports physician negotiations and on-boarding processes, and ensures physician compliance with contract terms.Participates in physician compensation methodology and communication. Engages physicians in developing productivity standards, time-off, part-time/full-time policies, and other physician workforce issues.Develops business development initiatives on behalf of the Medical Group including primary and specialty services. Works with the hospital service line leadership to lead development of marketing strategies for employed practices. Ensures physician, employee and patient satisfactions, service excellence, and physician collaboration. Directs the planning, organizing, monitoring, and improving of the quality of programs and services according to the performance improvement principles.UCHealth offers their employees a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package:
