What You'll Do
💡 Innovate & Strategize
• Add insights to help shape the strategy for our cutting-edge digital solutions category
• Analyze data, spot trends, and develop game-changing merchandising strategies.
• Keep tabs on competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
📦 Maximize Product Performance
• Monitor new product launches like a hawk, ensuring sales, inventory levels and turnover are on point
• Pitch promotional activities and pricing strategies that will make revenue, units, and orders soar for new products and end-of-life programs.
🤝 Collaborate & Create
• Partner with Senior Product Development Specialist to identify performance trends, product opportunities, and legacy areas for improvement
• Engage with direct marketing and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure assortment strategies align with customer evolving needs
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to enhance the online customer experience
📊 Be a Data Dynamo
• Dive into KPIs and performance reports to find areas for improvement.
• Use data insights to boost profitability and market share.
What You'll Bring
✅ A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
✅ Experience in product development or management (bonus points for B2B experience!).
